Our management team has a combined 50+ years experience in custom home building. Our technical team which includes engineers, architects and BIM specialists, has an average tenure of over 11 years.

Our coordination service elevates the relationship between the trades, builder and architect.
To achieve this, we work diligently with stakeholders, trades to bring advanced 3D modeling to each project.
Our process starts by translating 2D architectural drawings into 3D models using sophisticated BIM software.
The technical team at NA Structures will supply all shop drawings for our manufactured components.We start by analyzing the architectural drawings for a project as compared to the engineered drawings in order to identify any discrepancies.
Our team builds your structure on a 3D model in order to complete the floor and roof layouts.
It is at this juncture in our process that we focus on special details ie. recessed light placement, elevator details, interior doors, and rough openings in order to complete the layouts.
The NA Structures team will coordinate the rough openings in the architectural plans with the measurements we are given for the windows and doors. Our team starts by building a 3D model to identify any related interference or issues.
From the project plans- both architectural and engineered drawings, we draft a 3D model of the foundation to confirm that no discrepancies exist. If discrepancies are detected, our technical team works to rectify the situation.

This beautiful beach home in the Bahamas demonstrates not only the usual benefits clients experience working with NA Structures but also that we export our clients custom framing packages so they can more easily facilitate building their dream homes in other countries.

This 15,000 sf home on the shores of Lake Michigan has over 130,000 lbs of structural steel in its design. As part of our process, our team made sure the steel and wood would easily work perfectly together so the framing and running of MEP’s would be executed seamlessly on site. Mission accomplished. We were later told that this home was precision framed in 10 months less than was originally estimated by the builder.

Given the short build season and challenging terrain of this mountain environment, using NA Structures custom, off-site fabricated framing components made perfect sense. Getting enclosed by winter is much less of a race against time than would have been with conventional framing methods.

This 6100 sf home in Colorado was designed to maximize the stunning mountain views. Within the structure is a significant amount of structural steel which was all fabricated in our in-house, AISC certified steel shop. Given the challenging terrain, the fact that the steel was custom fabricated off-site including bolted connections made and nailers already attached resulted in easier erection of the steel on site.

While the design of this beautiful desert home was designed to fit with the famous mid-century style of architecture that has became synonymous with Palm Springs, it was engineered with a very modern approach using energy-efficient systems, sustainable building materials AND NA Structures custom, off-site fabricated framing components.

This 6500 sf home on Lake Erie was precision built by a framing team new to using NA Structures. As we offer training to framing crews new to our system before a build PLUS give on-going technical support during the build, crews without experience are ready to go when the first load of the NA Structures components arrive on site.
